- Do you offer discount codes/coupon codes?
- We are not offering any promotional discounts or coupon codes for our website at this time. Unfortunately, we have no information regarding when new coupon codes will be available. Please disregard any old codes as they are not active. Follow us on Instagram and Facebook to be the first to know about any new or upcoming promotions. - Do you take custom orders?
- At this time, we are unable to make any custom items. We offer a wide variety of items in an assortment of colors, styles and sizes. We hope you may find a suitable design from our available collections.
- What does it mean if an item is pre-sale?
- A pre-sale item is an item we currently do not have in stock. However, you may purchase this item to have it shipped out the estimated week that is shown on the listing. Due to reasons outside of our control, we are unable to provide an exact date for shipment of pre-sale items. We will automatically send you an email with the tracking information once the package is ready and has shipped from our facility. Ground service can take 5-7 business days for delivery (items ship from our Florida distribution center).
Shipping and Delivery
- Do you offer free shipping?
- Yes! We offer Free Domestic Shipping on all contiguous U.S. orders.
- How long until my order is shipped?
- Orders are processed within 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information after your order has been sent to the warehouse for packing and pick-up. Ground service can take 5-7 business days for delivery (items ship from our Florida distribution center).
- I need this order on a specific date! What can I do?
- We offer Free Domestic Shipping on all contiguous U.S. orders which can take up to 5-7 business days for delivery. We do offer Expedited 3-Day shipping which can be calculated in your shopping cart once all items are added to your cart, enter the shipping address then select the option “Domestic Express” from the drop-down menu and click “apply”. The shipping charges will be calculated in the cart before you are required to enter payment information.
- My tracking says 'Delivered' but I never got my item/s. What can be done?
- There are times when shipping carriers mis-update tracking information and/or misdeliver a packages to a nearby incorrect address. Please allow at least 24-48 hours to see if your package gets delivered to you. To be proactive: Please try to locate your missing package with nearby neighbors. If you live in an apartment community with a Sales/Leasing office, please check if the carrier has left the package there. You may also check with your local delivery carrier to follow up with the delivery driver.
If you still do not have your items, please contact customer service to resolve this issue immediately.
- I am shipping my order to Canada/UK, when will my order ship?
- Orders are processed within 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information after your order has been sent to the warehouse for packing and pick-up. International packages can take 2-4 business weeks for delivery (items ship from our Florida distribution center).
- I will be subject to any import duties and taxes shipping outside the US?
- You may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient.
- How much will it cost to ship to Canada, the U.K., or non-contiguous U.S. state or territory?
- To view the shipping charges for your order, please add all items to your cart, enter the shipping zip/postal code, select the country and shipping speed from the drop-down menus and click “apply”. Express shipping is only available for domestic contiguous states. The shipping charges will be calculated in the cart, before you are required to enter payment information.
- Do you ship outside Canada/U.K.?
- Unfortunately, we are only able to ship within the U.S., UK and Canada at this time.
- Can I purchase just the comforter in a bedding set?
- All of the bedding sets we offer are only available as complete sets and are pre-packaged. Unfortunately, we cannot sell certain items from our bedding sets individually or mix/match the pieces for matching accessories. We do however have many accessories that can be purchased separately and/or added on to your order. You can find these accessories in the room accessories section of the website.
- Is there a store I can go to where I can view and purchase your products in person?
- Sweet Jojo Designs does not have any physical store locations, only a distribution center located in Florida.
- Are your window panels black out curtains?
- Our panels are not black out curtains. They are made of a single sheet of fabric and they are not lined.
- Do you have any swatches or extra fabric I can purchase?
- Unfortunately, we do not have additional fabric or any fabric samples or swatches available for purchase for any of our collections. We recommend purchasing products that contain a majority of the particular pattern that you are interested in (i.e. Window Panels, Shower Curtains, Sheets, etc.) or small accessory to view the fabric (i.e. window valance)
- I ordered a hamper and need a replacement mesh liner. How can I purchase one?
- Replacement mesh liner bags can be purchased for the shipping charge of $7.00 via credit/debit card. Please call us at your earliest convenience in order to submit payment over the phone and set up a reshipment. Our office hours are M-F, 9a - 5p EST.
- I received my order, but something is wrong. What do I do?
- We are sorry to hear that there was a problem with your order. Please email us images of the damaged item(s). Please provide the order # for the order you placed on www.SweetJojoDesigns.com. If this order was placed on another website, please provide the order details including: order #, vendor, shipping name and delivery address. With this information we can assist you with a replacement for your defective item(s).
- Do you have a warranty?
- Jojo Designs, LLC warrants all products against defects. If you have a defective item that was purchased from an authorized vendor, please email us images, a detailed description of the defect, and your proof of purchase to firstname.lastname@example.org to receive a replacement.
- Where are your products manufactured?
- Our items are produced in several different facilities throughout the US and Asia. Our borders, decals and art prints are manufactured in the US, our rugs are manufactured in India and all other items are manufactured in China. All of our products exceed US regulations for safety and quality and maintain the most current certifications available. We take pride in offering great quality products.
We accept returns only for orders placed on www.SweetJojoDesigns.com for the first 30 days after you receive your order. If you did not place your order with us directly, please contact the website where you originally placed your order.
- How do I return my order?
- If you did place your order with us, and if you are within the allotted time frame, please contact customer service so we may provide you with the return instructions via email. Once we have received the returned merchandise, you will receive a credit within 7 business days for the amount that you paid for the item(s).
- Do you offer free returns?
- We offer free standard shipping on our site to all contiguous U.S orders, therefore we are unable to provide pre-paid return shipping labels. We encourage you to ship your product back through a carrier that provides tracking and insurance. We recommend Fed Ex, UPS, or USPS. Your refund amount is based on the product purchase price only. Shipping/Handling is non refundable. If the product is found to be in returnable condition (i.e., unused, unwashed, packaging intact), you will be credited within 5 to 7 business days. If the product is in non-returnable condition (i.e., washed, used, or missing parts), we reserve the right to deduct a 50% restocking fee.
- Can I make an exchange?
- Our exchange process mimics our return process. You may return the items you initially purchased for a full item refund and place a new order for the items you wish to receive at any time.
- I returned my item. How long until I get my refund?
- Once the goods have been received at our returns facility, the refund processing time can take 5 to 7 business days. Refunds post to your next credit card billing statement on the next billing cycle.
- I am looking to work with Sweet Jojo Designs to open a wholesale account. How can I do that?
- Unfortunately, we no longer offer a wholesale program.
