Return Policy

We accept returns only for orders placed on for the first 30 days after you receive your order. If you did not place your order with us directly, please contact the website where you originally placed your order.

  • How do I return my order?
    • If you did place your order with us, and if you are within the allotted time frame, please contact customer service so we may provide you with the return instructions via email. Once we have received the returned merchandise, you will receive a credit within 7 business days for the amount that you paid for the item(s).
  • Do you offer free returns?
    • We offer free standard shipping on our site to all contiguous U.S orders, therefore we are unable to provide pre-paid return shipping labels. We encourage you to ship your product back through a carrier that provides tracking and insurance. We recommend Fed Ex, UPS, or USPS. Your refund amount is based on the product purchase price only. Shipping/Handling is non refundable. If the product is found to be in returnable condition (i.e., unused, unwashed, packaging intact), you will be credited within 5 to 7 business days. If the product is in non-returnable condition (i.e., washed, used, or missing parts), we reserve the right to deduct a 50% restocking fee.
  • Can I make an exchange?
    • Our exchange process mimics our return process. You may return the items you initially purchased for a full item refund and place a new order for the items you wish to receive at any time.
  • I returned my item. How long until I get my refund?
    • Once the goods have been received at our returns facility, the refund processing time can take 5 to 7 business days. Refunds post to your next credit card billing statement on the next billing cycle.
